Not bad, but a lil overpriced for what it is if you ask me. I’d say that $700 month would be sufficient and $45 a night at best, but they catch people that don’t have the money for paying the deposits to get started and smash em for the month. Besides that it’s ok as long as you keep the lady that runs the place on your side. Don’t do that and your up you know what creek.

Great value! Friendly service! Clean accommodations! The young lady at the desk was pleasant and helpful at check in, and the gentleman on duty in the early morning was also very kind. This is obviously an older property and has flown many flags, but you will not find a cleaner, better kept place to stay for the money! Thanks for everything!
This places rocks the staff is very friendly and the owner has repeatedly helped my fiance get work and get on her feet.we need more people like her in this world.Thank you Ms. Peggy.Keep up the good work.
Rooms are OK but they steadily work on them. They can't help if you don't say something. Management and crew are awesome and will help anyway they can.
I actually live here that's always been a good spot to be, located near a lot of good things and even have washers and dryers up front.
Reasonable rates, weekly & monthly. Clean rooms. No free breakfast & B sure 2 bring essentials from home. American owned & speak English (which was a pleasant surprise!) Fridge & microwave in room. I would definitely stay here again.
